To the speculation the game may be MG related but more than likely it'll be multiplatform. Kojima does not make major announcements for petty games. So if there is this much anticipation, and for the first major E3 in a couple of years this is going to be big.
Another thing Microsoft hasn't disappointed with game announcements and coups. So if they are involved with this then my money is that we are going to be in for something special. I mean even if the project is strictly for...
Other thread you have folks going stupid over a teaser video and it's graphics. The funny thing is that COD4 was a visual to de force, and had incredible game play. It seems from both the teaser trailer and these details that Modern Warfare 2 is going to continue this tradition. This for everyone to get ready for E3, and remember the real world premier is on the 23 of this month during the NBA play-offs. Fools seem to forget that. From what it sounds like to me is that this will be another st...
It may make a difference if we actually got to see it running, or some video post. I don't have the PC version, and I don't plan on getting it. So I guess it's interesting.
I know it was just a matter of time before we heard anything from Mistwalker. I mean if it's new or if it's the sequel I'm in. LO was a fantastic title.
Like a step forward. Didn't think we'd see something of this magnitude this generation. I guess with something like this it will bring about some longevity for the Xbox 360 longer than I expected. I wonder if they have Bungie or an in house team working on title? Not like they have a real 1st party development in house. Really curious to see what kinds of games they will have come out with the game.
Could probably all a hoax and some third party perphieral developer is making th...
I like how some of you guys have some real revisionist history going on. To call Gears series used after only 2 games astounds me. When most of Sony's best catalog games are longer in the tooth; God of War, GT, Ratchet & Clank, Socom, Metal Gear series, etc. Then to even say that about Halo after what 4 games, with one being an RTS? Which outsold a game that is in a more notarized genre which Killzone 2 is. Gimmie a break.
Then to add insult to injury to say that the Xbox 360...
man had issues beyond just being criminal. I don't think making such a blanket dumb article like this supports such an idea. Would these people still be troubled if there was no gaming? I honestly believe yes. It could be something else they do for a hobby. Would have nothing to do with them being dumb asses...
Problems are not as pervasive now like before. In fact I haven't been hearing much about people experiencing much problems. Not to say they are not there. Another thing everyone who talks about these hardware problems forget two things.
1. First Xbox was built like a tank, and the PS2 was faulty as hell.
2. They fix your system for free. That's right warranty. For three years I might add.
Please stop forgetting these things. If Sony can finally get good...
Microsoft just like Nintendo could use a custom optical drive. HDVD would be great for the next Xbox along with DD which we are seeing rise even now. From cell phones to your computer DD is here. EA released a full game in NCAA basketball. Just for storage HDVD would be great for next gen games, and believe Netflix will on board as a movie provider in terms of DD. It's not a knock against Blu Ray, but does Microsoft really need it? What about flash drives? Perhaps Hologram discs? Too many opt...
I hope so too. I'll still keep my old PSP for homebrew, but if the second one allows for some goodies then we are in for a real treat. More games is all Sony needed for the PSP so 2 is going to be great in that respect. Now can we get a price for it?
I think folks are looking at this wrong. Verizon needs a flagship phone as T-Mobile, and AT&T have. So you would have to look at this more as Microsoft offering the backbone (and a chance to bring a better mobile OS out) sort of like Blackberry, Google, and Apple. Looking at this as a Microsoft product would be a fail, especially when they offer their mobile OS to others who carry it on their devices. This just a disgusting blog post from an air head who hasn't thought about Microsoft's m...
Needs to make sure that they a better job of making Windows mobile more cool to use on phones. I like the fact that I can easily add and use files from my computer, but the Iphone makes apps and it's OS functional in a more personal way. Now if the phone allows for Zune gaming functionality and such, or app creation then this could be a new era for window's mobile. Who knows...
Who ever decides that the gloves come off. My money just based on how this generation has gone is on Microsoft. I believe going into E3 they really will have a good showing. They haven't revealed anything thus far this year concerning their line-up. With Lost Planet 2 looking delicious I'ma have to go with the system that overall has the best games that sell. I have a feeling that Sony is going to challenge them, but I don't know if they will top them. Especially since we've known about much...
First I looked at the gametrailers video, and it was really dope. Then jlemdon posts a video from Gamekyo, and I am completely floored! Mind you I've posted in two other threads without seeing any of these videos. PS3 fanboys please don't get upset. There is nothing on the system of the PS3 that I have seen yet in the same league as LP2. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I digg Killzone 2, believe it's a graphical monster. Lost Planet 2 out does it hands down seriously. I don't need to...
Another thing as far as Microsoft is concerned PC and Xbox 360 are one and the same. They stand to benefit the most if it does wind up on PC. I tend to forget that this is a game that's in the Xbox 360 line up this year. Also there will be a demo released by E3, so we are going to get our hands on this bad boy pretty soon on the Xbox 360 could be mind blowing.
